Located on the 3rd floor of the Eugene J. Towbin Medical Center - sometimes called Fort Roots - in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

We are very proud that our Medical Rehabilitation Unit is CARF accredited.

A full complement of medical services, including x-ray, lab and pharmacy, are available 24/7.  Special imaging/specialist consults are seen at the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock.  Urgent/emergent care requires transfer tot he Little Rock facility.

  Indivdualized programs are available to provide targeted treatment for a variety of medical conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Stroke/neurological disorders

  • Multiple trauma
  • Amputation
  • Brain injury
  • Guillain-Barre
  • Burns

The Program

This intensive rehab program requires up to three hours of therapy each day.

Therapy times will be scheduled daily and communicated to you. Participants are encouraged to pratice skills learned in the facility while on their ward.

Rehabilitation activities continue through the weekend.  Weekend passes to home may be scheduled before your discharge so you may practice living, and evaluate your function in the home setting.

Bring comfortable clothing, personal care items and supportive shoes.
